Having spent 20 years as a commercial pilot, Ridley has gleaned extensive knowledge of the Bahamian Islands and a profound understanding of people worldwide. This familiarity with his surroundings and knack for interacting with others is what led Ridley into what has now become more than two decades in the real estate field. Having spent the duration of his real estate career with Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, he notes, “This profession is similar to flying as you take on the responsibility of helping numerous families achieve their dreams, whether it’s acquiring vacant land or a condominium or a home.” Ridley is married to the former Bonnie Prokocimer of New Jersey, and they have two beautiful children: their daughter, Billie, and son, Bryce. Ridley is sincere and dedicated to assisting Bahamians and visitors alike find their ideal property. He personally guarantees individualized attention and commitment to excellence utilizing his awareness of the local marketplace and zeal for the real estate profession. When he’s not showing his beautiful country off to his clients, Ridley’s passion for boating will often find him exploring the Exuma Cays, big game fishing, cooking or traveling abroad. Some of his favorite places to visit are Western Europe which feeds his love for history and architecture, and Cartagena, Colombia, where he enjoys the juxtaposition of old and new worlds and the hospitality of the city’s friendly locals.
