Madeline “Maddie” Wilkinson launched her esteemed real estate career in 1994 as a sales agent specializing in condo-sharing at Royal Holiday Club in Freeport and Nassau. During her 12-year tenure, she was named Top Sales agent for six consecutive years before being promoted to Director of Sales in 2001. Under her leadership, Royal Holiday Club experienced record sales volume earning Madeline The Project Directors Award in 2003. From there, Maddie continued shattering sales records as the No. 1 sales agent at Reef Residence at Atlantis, also in Nassau, where she set a company-wide sales record after selling $11,000,000 of inventory in a single day.

While her impressive sales record is noteworthy, it’s Madeline’s passion for working with people from all over the world that ultimately distinguishes her among her peers. In addition to her deep market knowledge, Madeline’s impeccable client relations and discretion have earned her the trust of discerning individuals from Europe to the United States and Canada, including celebrities, professional athletes and high-net-worth individuals.
